Our Story

Who We Are & Why We Care

HCOW Foundation GON is a registered not-for-profit Charity organization founded by a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Certified Geriatric Specialist — with a clear vision to bring professional, compassionate health care directly to people who need it most, in their homes and in their communities.

Our clinic is led by a Trailblazing Geriatric Care Leader, Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in Geriatrics, Inspiring Mentor, Self-love Advocate, Healthcare Innovator and community health advocate — with 28 years of experience across hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health settings.

We serve: Erieau, Blenheim, Erie Beach, Rondeau Bay, Merlin, Cedar Springs, Shrewsbury, Chatham and surrounding communities in Chatham-Kent Ontario. Our second branch serves London Ontario and surrounding areas.

Annual Free Christmas dinners for seniors and adults — bringing the community together and fighting loneliness during the holiday season.
